Default Could it be an O2 sensor

I have a problem with my 2000 bird that has been driving me nuts for the past couple of months. Nothing really major. It hesitates a bit when I accelerate, and sometimes it does it a lot when I jump on it, but not always. Gas mileage is fine and I seem to have good pulling power except for the initial hesitation. Seems to do it a low and high RPMs. I've checked evenything I can think of.

Could it be an O2 sensor going?

Did you do something to your exhaust recently? My car did the same thing and it was the wiring of the O2's aftert the header install. Fixed it and didn't do it again.

Thanks. I'll look at that when I look at the wiring.

Are you throwing any codes? A good way to check for sure is to scan your OBD II. If you don't have a scanner, Autozone will scan and interpret for free.

I have a scanner and have been checking for codes regulary but none show up. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the cold. It doesn't seem to do it as much in warmer weather. I did do the TB bypass mod this summer. Maybe that has something to do with it?
