Unhappy Power Window/Lock Switch Assembly?

Allright I have been trying to search for this for a while now but didn't really know the proper name for it. My panel on the door that houses the power window/locks/mirror buttons has popped out of the door and I can't figure out how to fix it. There seems to be a good bit of stress outwards caused by the wires going to the switches and when I install the clips and try to put it back in place it just popps out again and the clips fall down in the door. I know that this has had to have happened to a million other people as well so if anybody knows a good fix please chime in. The car is a camaro, thanks.

I had the same problem with my old car, but it was because the clips were bent... try bending them this way and that to get them tight.

Dealer most likely - 93-02 Camaro spring clip, PN 9722397. It slides into small slots on the side of the panel, if it's broken you may be able to superglue it in place - that's what I did when I broke mine doing my first window motor install.

When I took my door apart in my camaro to figure out what the hell the window was getting caught on (still don't know) that thing popped off. I put it back on and I was having the same problem, it kept popping off. Eventually I slammed the door shut and it popped out and the clip fell in the door. I had to take the door apart again to get it out and decided it was going to stay in place. I used Elmer's glue and just glued it in place. When the glue dried I just popped it back it place and it's better than it was before.
