Turn signal
The other day my left turn signal just quit working. When I put it on the green arrow lights up but dosen't blink like normal, and there is noting flashing on the outside. Does anyone know what could cause this.

i've had this problem plenty of times, it's probably the drivers side blinker. park the car and leave it running (DO NOT put the parking brake on) get out then look at the two running lights in the front bumper (the orange ones), the drivers side should not be on. this is if you have the trans am bumper, i'm not sure if the firebird bumper is wired the same. the bulb is real easy to change, you can either remove the access panel right in front of the tire under the bumper or if you have the trans am bumper (and skinny arms, lol) reach into the air dam right under the running light and twist the bulb fixture counter-clockwise (if you are looking up at the fixture), it has a locking mechanism on it kinda like a plastic 5 gal gas can to where you have to press down a little tab to unscrew it. you might want to check the connections inside the fixture for moisture and other build up. if this is the case then your bulb housing lenses probably have cracks in them. instead of buying new ones i just siliconed the cracks and i haven't had any problems since, good luck!

Check to see that your lens housing isn't cracked. They will allow water to get inside and blow the bulbs. I had to replace both of mine b/c I got tired of changing bulbs every few days.

it's a blown bulb. These cars use a breaker type switch to activate the turn signals. When a bulb burns out, there isn't enough current draw to heat up the switch and cause it to "snap" or break the circuit. That's why it just stays on and doesn't blink faster like some other cars.

Answer this one guys...
I'm also having the same problem. Both of my blinkers quit working. I replaced one of the back passenger side brake bulbs and the right blinker is working again. However, I replaced the front driver side parking orange bulb, the drivers orange front side marker bulb, and the brake bulbs look to be fine. But my left blinker is still staying solid and not flashing????
