I have a problem with chirping up until my car gets warmed up. Its a relatively new belt and only does it when its cold. Its annoying as hell. I spray belt dressing on it, its quiet for about 2 minutes then comes back. It annoys the hell out of me. I suspect that the belt just sucks. I ordered a Goodyear Gatorback belt. If that doesnt work Ill probly kill myself. Its the little stupid **** that annoys me the most.

Have you considered maybe it's the idler pulley. What you are describing sounds like mine before it started squealing nonstop.
Get a piece of plastic/vinyl/rubber hose or tubing and place one end to your ear and move the other around to where you think the squeak is until you find it. That's worked for me a number of times.

If you've changed both belts and the car is still squealing, it's probably the idler or tensioner pulley. Listen to the squeal, if it is an irregular squealing (like not continuous but has slight vibrations/breaks in between if you will), it's probably a pulley. You can get a wooden stick (broom stick would work fine) and put it up to the idler/tensioner pulley and put your ear to the stick. If the pulley bearings are bad you can hear it. Another way to find out is to get a can of WD40 or any lubricant and spray it on each pulley with the engine idling until you find the right one. When you spray the oil on the bad pulley the squeaking will go away temporarily (a couple seconds or so). After you spray the oil your belt is going to squeal horribly for the next few miles you drive but the oil goes away.
