hose connectors on the tb or on the coolant tube?....do you just mean the clips on the tubes?....or the two tubes that stick out?

ya cant get them off man...there cast to the tb itself....what you can do is bypass it...take the tube from the one side get a small connector...and connect the two hoses...dremel off the two tubes that stick out...

use pliers to move the clips down a couple inches and then use the pliers to wiggle the hose back and forth on the metal tubes to loosen them up. Heat makes them stick to the tubes. After that they should come off pretty easily. As for the TB bypass (connecting the tubes together), I just took out the old hoses completely since they were getting old and hard and bought 2.5 feet of Goodyear hosing from autozone and had the coolant go from the radiator all the way to the connector on the engine in 1 long tube.

That's a good idea, what size hose did you use?

5/16"...it'll be a tight fit on the radiator opening but as long as you get it on there enough to put on a worm clamp you're good

i think i used 3/8" hose, it was a good fit on the radiator, kinda loose on the coolant tubes near the head, nothing a clamp wont fix though...
