how often should i change the tranmission fluid??

every 30 to 50k miles.... if its over that and you haven't changed it, dont, i've heard things where it will do more harm than good

soo if my car has about 32k miles on it and i dont think it has been changed should i change it soon?

ive never changed mine and i have had it for bout 4k miles but i doubt the people who had it before me did it. im sitting at 108k miles.

With a modded car like yours that's obviously going to be beat on all the time, I'd change it often. I change the fluid in the camaro's tranny every year. Same with the m21 in my truck. Some may think it's overkill, but fluids are cheap.
