how to flush?

how do you flush the raditator on a ls1 whats the best way to do it.

get a big plastic pan stick it under the car and find the radiator plug under the car...pull it and let it drain then look in the owners manual and fill it according to that.

Go to the dealership and get it done. They have the right machines to do it. Then again I do work for a dealership

I used the power flush machine at buddies radiator shop, 100 times better than the pour-in can stuff.

drain uot the fluid flush it out witha hose and fill it back up with coolant

I took my LT1 to a express lube and i got them to flush it and fill it.costs bout $50

50 bucks doesn't sound too bad, I might take my car to a shop so they can do it.

I don't flush with tap water because of the minerals in the water. I use distilled water. Learned that with water cooled motorcross bikes.
