need a new car battery
My battery died in my car... Can't recharge it, it won't hold a charge, I've seen those batterys that weigh 11.5lbs,, but there around 160$,, just wonderng if neone has any opinions on any batterys, I think 160$ is a little much for a battery seeing as it'll be my daily driver, not a full drag car or anything, cars an 00 ws6 m6

The red is recommended more for daily drivers like you and me, and has more cranking amps. The yellow is more for use in upgraded audio with less cranking amps. Basically the yellow will let you listen to music for extended periods of time while your engine is not running.
I recommend the red top. I got mine for ~$130 from Costco. You can get them online for cheaper but I went this route so that I could just take it back and get a replacement instead of having to pay for shipping to send it back and wait a week to get a replacement. They also come with a 3 year free replacement warranty, 7 or 8 year prorated replacement, and won't leak at all. It's probably one of the best investments I've made.

I like the AC Delco Professional series. They will last 6-7 years. It's much better than the stock assembly line Delcos are.

my stock ac delco batery lasted me 8 years with out a single charge, so i went out and bought a ac delco top of the line batery that has a 5 year replacement warenty. 2 years beter than the optimas but only downfall is it is not as light. My car is a DD so I am not really woried about weight.

bought my red top from Costco for $150. I guess prices went up since last year. Fits great in the front. my old duralast battery leaked acid all over making a rusty mess. the car runs great, the battery provides enough juice for the electronics and stereo. don't regret the money spent at all.
