Default Tensior Pulley Grease job.

https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...ys#post5190076

I followed this. I just took both belts off and used at 15MM and took the two tensior pulleys off. Now no more squeaks, my bearings was 100% bone dry!

Yea, I thought it was going to be hard.

I just used 15mm.
1. Remove serptine belt.
2. REmove ac belt
use 15mm to remove the tensior pullies, grease them up good. and do the reverse. It was a very short fix and so far 100% effective. I just didn't want the bearings to go out and me pay 100 bucks for new ones.

Shoot I should have done this instead of replacing my idler, assuming the same could be done to my idler on my V6

You have 2 idlers and 2 tensiors is my understanding. The idlers are not on an accessory but there just to route the belt. This is a good easy fix, I was afraid it might be hard, but it was straightforward and quick

I used my GM shop manual, but you can look I greased the alt pulley and the tensior for the AC belt.
