my ls1 overheats with ac on ?

Overheating is 240* with coolant spewing out of the radiator... Your car sounds fine to me because as I said 210 is not overheating..

If you are that worried about it pick up HTP or EFI Live and a laptop. Then you can drive around and log watch and log every sensor on the car. Or even get an interceptor gauge and monitor the temps and everyhitng that way.

I use a Scanguage II for stuff like that, not as advanced by any means but reasonably priced (~$160)

Why do some ls1 run hotter than others with similar mods,my temperature does not go down even when i hit my slp fan switch on high.
