It's weird that with TCS on and I get a lil sideways the gas pedal kicks you back, Is that supposed to happen?

That is how the system works. when the TCS detects wheelspin it backs off a bunch of engine timing and backs throttle off (pedal pushing back). I also believe it can apply the rear brakes as well. I changed the tune on mine so it doesn't back off timing. Its a ton less intrusive and the car doesn't fall on its face when the TCS kicks on.

Yep, that is what that little black box over by your battery that the throttle cable runs through does. Annoying isn't it?

I agree with the brake application, as I forgot that I had the TCS engaged one time and when I tried to physically override it, I think I broke the ABS unit. I had low pedal and brake fluid leaking out of the ABS unit. Not a cheap fix....

It is an odd feeling to feel the gas pedal pushing back against you but that's how it works.

all you gotta do is press the TCS or ASR button inside and turn it off.

Mt first f body had traction control. It was the weirdest feeling having the pedal kick back at you.
