Just twist and pull (toward the center of the car). Repeat until it comes
off.
I've fabbed my own from ABS sheet, it's a fair bit of work and not that
pretty.
You can get replacements off eBay, some of them have ABS rather
than the pressed-fiber core.
I have never seen a decent junkyard visor.
