Default High Idle

Since I put on my LS6 intake, Pacesetter LT's and ORY I have been having a really bad linger(sp?) in my idle and driving. For instance when I hit the gas the car with rev up then drop to 1200-1700rpm for 5 or 6 seconds then Idle down to normal @ 750-800rpm. But also when I'm driving it wil stick aswell as if the cruise controls on. What would or could cause this? Besides the vacuum line that went to the air pump everyting is connected properly . I've had the AIR, EGR, and rear O2's tuned out but its still jacked up. When mike from straightline when adjusting my air intake table(I think?) he noticed it looked rather funny meaning not stock like. I know the LS6 intake will flow more air but does it jack things up this bad ?

PLEASE HELP
Thanks
Nick

I'm going to try and order a new HPtuners software but until then is there anything I can do?

I just did a LS6 intake swap last week.
I was having a lingering idle after I put it back together.

I thought the problem was the Idle Air Control Sensor but it just ended
the throttle plate wasn't closed all the way.

My car idled high when I put the ported and polished TB on also with all the mods like the bump stop. What exactly did you drill out? if your talking about the hole on the blade that is factory and should not to touched so hopfully you didnt mess with it. I would get a base tune on the car as I just had my headers.ORY installed by speed inc and mine when is warm idles right about 800 or so. It also surged alot before the base tune but speed corrected it. I would say let your computer try to relearn itself with the new mods, or there is a small screw on the TB if your looking at the engine bay its on the left side you could try to turn it like a 1/2 turn at the most counter closewise as its like a idle screw.

Most likely the bumpstop is holding the throttle plate open.

There is a small drilled hole from the factory however.
