i really really think it will fit.. with the ls2 style that is if that top bolt flange was gone u would get the hood closed almost half inch mabye more... ya think? hell i would even get the silver and have the top poss machinded to get every bit i could ........ when is the ls2 style coming out... anyone know?

im surching this out myself but i dont have hood clearence problem but me and phoenix is mocking one up for his trans am .i have the ls2 dbw tb.

damn, it almost looks like the runners on the front of the manifold are longer, causing the front of the manifold to sit higher than the rear. if that isnt an optical illusion, it surely doesnt help the fit.

iirc i belive the motor is at a slight angle anyways so you add that with the taper of the hood and fenders and shabam u get issues..... damn gm lol.... so it would give off that illusion..... i am gonna see if i can get my hands on one and see what i can do...

I looked thro 42 pages and no one has posted and results on a 346 anyone have one we can try over are fast 90 on my cam only car

sorry guys i forgot to tell you that i dont have a trans in the car right now so the motor is at more of an angle then it should be

We have a few of the 71403 black powder coated intakes in stock. They have the LS2 configuration on the ttb flange.

edelbrock has a 90mm that fits the pro flo intake. they also come in black to match the intake.

i belieeve edelbrock made another version of the ProFlow XT manifold that will accept the stock LS2 style 90mm throttle body.

I would like to see some ore dyno results comparing this manifold to the ls6 and the fast.
in fact, i dont think i have seen any of these comparisons.

if u were closer i would bring my car in this intake is the only change i have made since i was on the rollers this spring and got the #s in sig and by my butt dyno id say shes real close to 500 now

i just cant take off another day of work for this car when im probly going to be laid off this winter i hate to lose money to spend money
