exhaust is the best place to start, arh headers with their ory and a better flowing catback would be a great place to start. and you can always port your throttle body for a few ponies...

IMO a lid is as good as a CAI and a bigger MAF won't really help you out because you still have a smaller stock TB as a restriction. You would need a tune with a MAF change anyway so not worth it.

i would track down an ls6 intake, then send it off to TPIS for thier 90mm upgrade. then find a used 90mm TB on here or ebay and slap it on. should make for a good improvement.

better exhaust is gonna be needed to make the power.

how much money are you looking to spend?

even a small cam upgrade would get you those power levels. the ls6 cam probably would do it, as would the TSP224 cam with ease.

+ 1 on the LS6 intake and the exhaust. At a minimum you should upgrade to an LS6 if not a fast 90/92. The fast intakes are a lot more, but worth more power and have more potential. The LS1 intake just doesn't flow enough.

Intake and full exhaust. You need to make your engine breathe better before any other mods.
