No sound muffler

No sound muffler Ok story is I took my current magnaflow muffler off and ran it for a day with LT's into highflow cats-Ypipe over axel and into the atmosphere. I LOVED the way it sounded, it thumped and ratteled and loped like a bad mo fo! Only one problem, it was WAY TO FREAKING LOUD! I love the sound quality just not the quantity!
So my question is is there a system out there that will quiet the exhaust without altering the sound? If you have any ideas let me know, I was even thinking about throwing another set of high flow cats on there to quiet it down!

Thats the only thing I can think would do the trick, but hell I through a flowmaster 10 series on the end of the open pipe and there was a definet sound difference, with almost no reduction in decile level! 
Ideally something that sounds like an open pipe with the volume of a magnaflow! HA!

You just need to run it out the back. It'll make a HUGE difference for in-cabin sound. I would imagine an SLP Loudmouth II would be one of the best catbacks out there at retaining a sound similar to an open y-pipe while moving the sound out the back and quieting it enough to make cruising tolerable.

Overall I like magnaflow too, and will probably end up going back to it, but wanted to see if there was something more to my liking out there.

He has a Magnaflow now but it's too quiet and changes the tone too much. From my understanding, he wants something louder and more raw than a Magnaflow but something quieter than a dumped y-pipe. I think his best bet to retain that tone while quieting things a bit is the SLP Loudmouth II. It's around the same cost as a Magnaflow and just as durable since it's also stainless. IMO, it's the best way to go for what he wants. But that's just my opinion.
