Did you check the eng fuse? Its a 20 amp fuse located under the hood in the fuse box closest to the front of the car I believe it will throw p0102 and mayb some other things. If not use a volt meter and with the key on unplug the maf ground the volt meter and check each of the wires on the plug one should be ground another 5v and the other 12v

you are going to throw codes if you don't get the rear O2s tuned out or put sims in there. and even the sims aren't always reliable. i had sims in mine and i got an "over current" or something in both banks, got the rear O2s tuned out and the SES went away.
