Did you have this problem after LT install??
I did my header install on December 13th and as usual my SEVICE ENGINE SOON (SES) light came on. I thought nothing about it, but then I realized that my car isn't running how it should. On January 14th I ran a couple friends. 300c SRT8 with exhaust & intake (382rwhp &375rwtq STOCK), '02 SS with lid, SLP dual dual, & tune (331rwhp), & '04 Mach 1 with X-pipe, exhaust, intake (290rwhp & 312rwtq).
The SS beat me by a 1/2 car and the SRT8 beat me by about a full car. These races were all from a roll. I beat the Mach1 by about 1/8 car or so. He was at my front tire the whole time. So the next day I had my friend plug in his device and check my car. I was throwing 5 codes...
P0102- Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input.
P0134- O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1).
P0141- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2).
P0801- Reverse Inhibit Control Circuit Malfuntion.
P0803- 1-4 Upshift (Skip Shift) Solenoid Control Ciruit Malfunction.
I cleaned my MAF which had a small piece of a paint chip on one of the sensors. I took it for a drive and it seemed to run a lot better.
Anyway, yesterday I had my friend plug in his device thing again and we checked my car. It said my O2's weren't warming up enough or something like that. I was still throwing 5 codes, but I think 1 was a different one.
P0102- Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input.
P0141- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2).
P0155- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0801- Reverse Inhibit Control Circuit Malfuntion.
P0803- 1-4 Upshift (Skip Shift) Solenoid Control Ciruit Malfunction.
If I were to get new O2's would that solve the problem with my O2 codes?

rear o2 codes have no affect on the performance of the motor.
"P0134- O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1).
that's your front sensor....sounds like its not plugged in right, or it failed totally.
try looking the codes up on www.gearchatter.com

get the codes deleted and make sure your o2's are hooked up properly. this is why i bought the corvette o2's instead of the extensions because i had two o2's burn out on me a month after my install and it was covered under warranty for a year. if you have to end up buying o2's now after buying extensions its a waste of money...

I've heard of things like this happen before. I'm willing to bet you have a rear O2 plugged into one of the front O2 bungs.
The front O2's are a completely different part number than the rear O2's on these cars. They are not interchangeable. You need to double-check and make sure both of the O2 sensors you have are actually front O2's and there isn't one front and one rear or two rear O2's in there or you will have the problems you described.
If you threw away the other two O2 sensors and you have no way of telling, you'll have to go out and purchase two new O2 sensors. They're a little costly, but worst-case scenario, you now have two new oxygen sensors. I recommend a set of Denso's paired with O2 extensions, not Bosch.

You sure about that Anthony? When i got my LTs in and del. the rear 02s, i was throwing an SES light with my OEM front O2s.. This was back in 2007. So talked to my tuner, he told me to take one of my rear O2s and swap it out. Low and behold it fixed my problems. My LTFT were back on track and i ahve not seen an SES light til that day
