El diablo I was under the impression that if you went with solids they replaced the Motor Plates as well.

If you need to remove the trans, loosen the rear 4 k-member bolts=enough droop to get the top trans bolts.

Dont the solid motor mounts replace the Stock plates and the rubber mounts? Thats why there is so much weight savings in replacing to solid mounts. Now I think if you go Poly then you use the motor plates in conjunction with the poly's is this right?

Yes, the solid mounts do replace all of that heavy stock junk. I believe you are refering to the clamshells when you say motor plates. The motor plates I was refering to are plates that are welded to the body/frame and bolt to the block.

I have solid motor mounts in my car and i can't hardly tell theres no exhaust rattle or anything good mod....
