how much power really is a QTP, ARH, Kooks really gonna make over pacesetters or hookers? i had the money to get kooks or QTP and i opted to go with the pacesetters...and by doing that i was able to get an slp lid, magnaflow catback as well.

some people are claiming ~5hp going from pacesetter to the arh, kooks, but i have yet to see a graph proving that

It's not the improved performance that is worth paying for it is the quality. Even a coated mild steel header (like the pacesetters or hookers), will rust and rot over time. Where as the stainless steel header will be the last header you ever buy...

I have the Koni 4/4 on mine too and it is a great investment as well. I looked at the pic that Sicko put on his of the LPP and here is one that I found of ARH. I know it doesnt make a difference but the ARH looks more solid to me. Even the Y-pipe construction looks better.

Clearly the person who took that pic has no taste, just look at those Bose speakers!

Anyone have some sound clips with their LPP's? I'm thinking about either Hooker or LPP and found this thread...

Either way I'd like to hear them. Yeah I know the muffler makes a big difference but you can still tell a difference.

Well since you did already I might as well... lol

OP We installed 1 7/8" ARH on a friends car(JCCamaro on here) and not only are they ******' awesome, but were by far the easiest LT header to install on these cars I have ever seen or heard about.

I'm running Bassani over-axle 2.5" TDs... and dammit I'll still be finding the time/money to fab it up to these headers(and cats) because I'm that impressed with them. So you have no excuse.

I should be gettin mine by end of Feb

Right. $1,200 vs $550... I can take that extra money and get a custom grind.

thank you, said it perfectly. im not going to get ARH just so that i can say. "yeah i have arh headers in my car, im a badass" id rather pocket the other 700-900 and know i saved that much money to gain the same hp.

You get what you pay for Plus I know for a fact those Koni 4/4 aren't cheap either. Funny the logic there. Im not here to step on any toes. Go with what you want seeing how it is your car. Id rather go with a name that has been around and proven - even if I have to pony up more money.
