LPP doesn't have a catted y yet...is there a huge difference in those things? If so, let's have the recommendations.

Im also trying to decide between the Pacesetters or the LPP's. Im concerned with 1) clearance because my car is lowered about 1.5 inches and 2) I want to keep my emmissions, would an exhause shop be able to weld the A.I.R and O2 sensors into the header and Y? I want to keep the emmisions and avoid a SES light.

You can have the SES light tuned out.

If you want to keep the EGR and AIR I would not go with a race header, but I think an exhaust shop might be able to do it for you. It would be eaiser to just get ones with the fittings though.

yeah you may as well get one with fittings. and no matter what if you go get a regular inspection you will fail if they are completely legit because they will see the headers.

y setup. td just looks horrible. i have only heard one, but to me it sounded like my grandfather throwing up in the middle of the night. I'm sure they don't all sound bad, but the looks. might as well stand the exhaust vertical by your doors for a dumb cummins look IMO. I have lt with ory and it sounds mean!

That is without a doubt, the worst reason I have ever heard for not doing true duals... What are you talking about they look worse? When you have the car on a lift?

Not to mention all the exhaust grime your underbody collects. Check out this thread. "custom 3" true dual pics!!!" Gross. Find some nice tips and finish your exhaust.
