Default whats a good intake to use

whats a good intake to use i have a bbk 85mm tb with blot ons and i have spray also. is the typhoone intake worth putting on or shoud i just go with a bbk ssi or holley. typoone is made by profesional products right?

If you're spraying I'd go with the Typhoon. There's going to be your "heat soak" naysayers, but the strenth of aluminum is well worth the peace of mind with nitrous. The Typhoon had some sealing/leaking problems in the early stages of production, but all quirks and problems have since been remedied, just preparing you for the avg. hate posts that people post towards the typhoon.

if all you have is spray and bolt ons, i wouldnt waste the money. stick with the ls6 intake for now. later down the road if you want to do heads and a cam you can pick out an intake based on the power youll be making.

i have 85mm bbk tb and plan on putting a cam in but dont know which cam to use with stock heads. so i was thinking theres a guy ive been talking to with a fast 90mm tb that wants $240 for that maybe just get that and a 90mm intake but is FAST the only company that makes the 90mm intake?

Im going w/ the bbk, great price and it flows better then the ls6

fast makes a plug that goes in the manifold so that if the car does back fire it doesn't hurt the manifold. Like a blow off relief
