DO NOT GET JET HOT. I got them... they are garbage... around here it doesn't snow bad.. i think maybe one storm this year and ofc i don't take my car out in it.. but even with the little bit of road salt.. the coating corroded right off.... If you want pics i'll send you some.... they are ****... I contacted lmperformance.com who i got them from. and they said they would have jethot contact me.... never heard a word. F* jet hot and their **** products. go stainless.

Here... I happened to have a saved pic on my comp still... Uploaded just for you.

That's my reasoning for hating jethot. You pay extra for the coating... and you get garbage. If i wanted them to rot i would have gotten pacesetters for couple hundred cheaper.

Wow. I'm a little concerned about putting Jet Hot LTs on my car now. They're in my shop right now waiting to be installed on two different cars. Mmm...

QTP's have their own issues...... I sent a set back to WS6 store but between the two I take my chances with QTP.

Yes.... 4 weeks later and still no word from jethot.... Great product as you can tell and their customer service is lacking. Next time it will be stainless. For the mean time.. Its a wire brush. some sand paper. And a can of black engine enamel. LMAO....

Damn man. You definitely have me reconsidering my choice of header. And I agree with your view of Jet Hot's customer service. I had to send a Y-Pipe back to them because I had ordered the wrong one. When they got it ,they tried to tell the store I purchased it thru that it wasn't the wrong one. They stated they had this specific Y-pipe presently on the same type of car with no problems, so they didn't want to pay to ship me a new Y-pipe. I had to send them a video of the car I was trying to install it on, to prove it was incorrect. Now if I install these headers, and they turn to ****, I just know I'm gonna get jerked around while trying to get something out of them. Mmm...what to do...

How long have these headers been on your car?

I bought these headers like two years ago.... And literally only installed like last june or july... They lasted great threw summer but once winter hit.... Done for. The first little bit of salt that touched them. DEMOLISHED. I took care of them too. The guy from jet hot was like try buffing them out.. I'm like idiot. There is nothing to buff. The finish is gone. It just corroded off...

Sure the top of them still looks good.... But underneath is just trashed. Looks like crap. Definitely reconsider buying a different type of headers. I'de say spend the couple bucks more and buy stainless... I heard so much great about jet hot. but am not impressed at all.

-Poor Quality
-Poor Customer Service

And the guy from jet hot said the salt shouldn't effect them.... PSSHHHH.... You can tell just from that one pic how it effects them.

I don't believe thats a hole in his collector. But it is a picture of a rusted header with the coating coming off.
