Before you do anything, take a Sharpie and mark
the seating circle. Then after you remove all the
removable fittings and blade, put a couple of layers
of masking tape in the throat so you cover the
Sharpie-line. This is your "oops" padding, you can
scuff it a few times before you hit metal.
Truck TB castings are the same #, just different
PCV (swappable) and coolant (forget it) fittings.
So your donor pool is fairly large. The IAC, throttle
shaft, TPS etc. all interchange. I went this way,
ran the truck casting with Camaro bits, until I
went to the 85mm ProProducts lineup.
