Just how good are long tubes?? OK guys, I kind of need someone to help re-enforce to me how good long tubes are going to be for my car, help make me feel better here. I placed an order for pacesetter long tubes and ORY last Friday, said they would be here Tuesday. NOPE!! Called them Wednesday to see what was going on and find out the didnt get shipped cause they ran out of the ORY's and was waiting to get more in stock, he swung me a deal on a kooks ORY instead so that I could have them by Friday, surprise surprise, still no headers, Im thinking probably Tuesday cause of the holoday. I hate waiting for packages in the mail

No headers is like sprinting in a field with 30mph winds blowing at you. Your car is gonna sound a lot better and is going to add 20-30 hp na. Who knows on the bottle.

Seriously, it is without a doubt the best mod for the money! Then your other mods will make more power than before because your engine can breath better! I have had my pacesetters for 4 years now and they are still holding up great!

Well, most people usually gain maybe 20-30 horsepower with Longtubes and an ORY (give or take a few). The general rule of thumb is every 10 horsepower gained, is a tenth of a second reduction time in the quater mile. So yea maybe 2-3 tenths, some maybe more while others a bit less. I cant wait to get my Hooker Longtubes and ORY on!
