Question Decent CatBack under $400?
funds are low right now but I need a new cat back the old one is rusted to crap. Whats a decent one under $400?

I would try to get ahold of a used magnaflow setup. Sounds good and its stainless so you wont have to worry about it also turning to crap. Otherwise you could do a SLP loudmouth 2 setup. I think Speed inc sells that setup for around $390 and it has free shipping!

For your budget, SLP loudmouth or a Hooker Aerochamber. If rust is an issue, the loudmouth for sure. Stainless is the only way to go. I just picked up a GMMG and polished it and I'm putting it on next week. I live on the coast so I needed something stainless. If I hadn't have stole this one, I would have bought a loudmouth.

Agreed. A friend got his at byunspeed.com this past winter for $380, but I just looked for it there and nothing came up. Maybe give Young a call and see if they're still available for that price. Definitely worth a shot.

I would try to find a used corsa or gmmg. Wen I sold my corsa I sold it for 450 and it was in good shape and came with the tips. Just put a wanted ad in the midwest or forsale section.

$390 shipped now. I bought my magnaflow cat-back through them.

Magnaflow, SLP LM1, & LM2 all flow well & have stainless construction.
Hooker & TSP Rumbler both flow well & cost less, but they aren't stainless.
Those are probably your best options.
I've heard some good things about jegs, gibson, & edelbrock. But I don't
really know enough about them to say whether or not they flow well.
Avoid flowmaster unless you plan on getting a cutout.
