Your car does run strong, but you did have some minor bolt ons for the 12.90 I believe

He can drive, on the keyboard...

Yes it was Evan Smith, but honestly, he is not the end all be all driver. I have run the same car he has [My Friends H/C Z28], a car that was in GM High Tech a few years back, and I did run a better number than him. I believe my friend ran a better number than him too, but it was not Evan's car. Was not mine either. The ET's printed in the article were done with me driving, so he is good, but he is not the best. Im not either, just saying he is not "godly"

See, "some" mods...

The internet does not say you did not do it, 11 years of LS1 experiences combined will tell you, you are not being truthfull. The car could have been stock, but on a good DR, then its beleavable. a 1.7 60' with stock rubber under a stock F-Body is a little hard to swallow. Maybe you are the Michael Schumacher of the stock 6spd F-Body who knows... but I am in serious doubt about it..
Like i've already said i dont really care whether you believe me or not your entitled to your own opinion. Im just telling you what it ran plain and simple, but all things aside dont call me a liar theres nothing i hate worse than when someone does that and dosent even know me... Like i said i wasnt in this to even say if my crap was better or im the greatest driver in the world, im just telling what it ran DONE.

Put down 350rwhp/356rwtq with full exhaust/intake/tune. I've also trapped 111.8 in the 1/4 with listed mods.

you say this not knowing what you speak of. my buddy has an 00 b4c car. it had 135000 miles on it when he ran it at the track. he made like 8 passes that night, basically hotlapping it. he went 13.07 @ 107 on some bfg drs. completely bone stock - everything. we later found out the car still even had the stock plugs and wires. 2500'+ da is not nice to your et. *IF* we were at sea level that car would've been going 12.70s all day long. car was a freak and a half. haha it spark knocked so bad at wot you couldn't hear the car you were in while doing a pull with him. he ran it up to 160k miles and then pulled the still-running engine to put it in his real project.

and don't even start with "it was a b4c"...same **** as a z28, except it had a factory block heater. weighed 3380 with a full tank of gas and no driver.

my point is - they are out there and have been, apparently no one was at the right place at the right time trying to break records.

I raced in a S.I. Class (stock internals) in Maryland,List of mods were-Lid,L.T's with a flowmaster 80 stuck on the stock exhaust with gutted converters, ported T.B,and 4.10's with M/T et street's and its a 6 speed on the stock 10 bolt, ran a best of 12.21 @ 116 mph with a 1.71 60' with full interior no weight reduction.Oops the spare tire and jack was removed. That was bout 4 years ago lol,and that track is at sea level

Not that it's a factory freak... but my car made pretty decent power with the mods listed in my sig for a 98 car.
