My Bellow is 4" x 3.5" I used it when I had my stock TB/MAF and it fit great I also use it on my 85mm TB/MAF that I have now and it fits just as well as it did on the stock pieces.

I just measured a TB and MAF I have. The TB is 4 inches and the MAF is 3 1/2 inches. These parts are from a 2001 LS1. The length of hose will be determined by how far you need the two apart.

Yes, this is correct it needs to be 4" on the TB and 3.5 on the MAF 4" x 3.5" I'm unsure of the length it needs to be, I had to cut mine to lenght to fit I could measure it tommorrow.

its weird because the sticky talking about fernco's says 3inch but that seems like it would be way too small..

Fernco is for 3" id PVC pipe - hence it'll fit the 3.5" Maf.
