PLEASE , NGK TR 55 at gap ( .45 ) is it OK ??

I gap mine at 55. That's probably a better gap to use. 45 will work, but it's too short for me.

well , I gapped em at .45 because I tried .55 but I felt that the car is not that good.

I gapped mine @.055 as well and the car seems to run pretty good. Most people say to run a wide a gap as possible without getting misfires for a hotter spark. I went with .055 as I don't want to have to pull the plugs anytime soon. Running N2o would probably work great with .045 gap though. That way the N2o wouldn't blow out the spark. Just my thoughts, Fred

Mine are gaped at almost .040... NA most of the time with no problems.

.52 here, car feels like it fires a little better than when it was at .55....just been messin with gaps and that works best for me

.045 is perfectly fine. TR55's gap spreads a bit anyways over the life of the plug. I gap them at .040.
