Okay found my problem, the Gates 78" belt stretched to much so I replaced it with a Goodyear Gatorback drive belt that's 77.5"(#4060775). This is the smallest size that will fit with the Fluidampr 10% UD pulley and Katech manual tensionier combo.

The pump runs whever the key is on which is nice if you are trying to cool down the motor (just turn the heat on inside the car) and is also very convenient if swapping a cam to refill the cooling system.
