Default which plug would be the best?

I've tried searching to see which spark plugs most people reccomend, and it seems like NGK tr55's. But what kind of gap should I go for? I'm going to end up having full bolt ons for this year, and maybe heads/cam too next year, so should I go a heat range colder? I've had some say to go codler and some say to keep stock range plugs. What is your advice on this?

Also one more quick question... I'm going to be putting this in when I put my pacesetter longtubes in, should I put the plugs in before or after I get the headers in?

You will want to put the plugs in after the headers. < just the order it has to go in. I run the stock gap on mine with no problems but there are plenty of different thoughts ppl have to their gaps.

For just bolt-ons, the TR55s gapped around .055 will be what you want ideally. When you go to the heads/cam, at this point, I would go to the TR6s, which are one step colder.

Install the new plugs after the headers are in to avoid the possibility of cracking the porcelain on the plug.

I have run TR55s at 60, 55 and 50. No issues with any of those gaps.
