you cant keep your heat with that pannel. plus you have to pull the dash to install it.

that pannel will not work with heat because you have to take the entire heat/ac box out to install it. it goes on the inside of the firewall. it would be pointless to go through all that work just to install when you have to cut the box anyways. now if you were removing heat and ac all togehter it would be a different story because your already going to be removing the dash.
