Default Fans wont turn on!!!

I just got done modding my 04 cts-v. Had the heads worked, did a cam swap, springs, pushrods, 160 therm, plugs and wires.

Coolant temps on the second start up got to about 190ish and i shut her down to change the oil. changed the oil and re-assembled my front end. Started it back up a little bit later and coolant temps got up to 220+. Checked and my fans arent turning on. Turned the AC on and still nothing. Fan plugs are connected, fuses are good in fuse box. 2ea 30A fuses.

Anyone got any ideas? Im supposed to trailer it to dallas tomorrow for a dyno tune. Dont want to be raped when they have to troubleshoot.

hmmmm you checked all the obvious things...i would say double check and then maybe check your coolant temp sensor. if there is an issue with that the car wont know that it's overheating and the fans wont kick.

oh also if you have a test light, test for juice at the fan. if nothing then start working your way up stream till u get a reading. thats pretty much all i got.

I Appreciate all the input fellas. I shut her down 6 degrees before stock fan temp turn on. 230... Ran her up to 230 and both hi and low came on. Why is the stock so high? You would think with the alum. Heads, gm would want coolant temps as cool as possible.

ls series engines get more power when they run hot. the temperature settings are adjustable if you get someone with hp tuners to adjust them for you.
