Default Dyno numbers from yesterday!

I just got my car dynoed at MTI today and i pulled 318 rwhp and 329 as my max torque. MY mods are gmmg exhaust whisper lid k&n and flp longtube headers with high flow cats. Before the headers I had 296 rwhp and 313.9 max torque. So I gained about 22 rwhp from the headers. So overall I was pretty happy with the gains, and i was just wondering if these were normal numbers for a 2000ss.

its about the norm for an auto car...i dynoed at 296/306 in second gear with my borla & lid...so it sounds just about right.

M6 cars dyno in 4th gear but I have no clue about auto's, but I would say probably 2nd in an auto due to 4th gear in a LS-1 car being the over drive

Are those numbers at the crank or are those at the wheels?

auto's should dyno in 3rd gear normally...my car didnt have Z rated tires from the factory so in 3rd i would hit the speed limiter so we had to dyno in second.

Yeah those numbers are at the wheels uncorrected, I did the dyno in Aug. when it was if I remember correctly about high 90's with around 70% humidity. The enigine temp was at 200- 210 when I dynoed. I have a 224/581 114 lsa waiting to be installed when I get back to the states and I'm getting ready to buy some headers on the 15th don't know what brand yet but soon. I also have some 28lb injectors from a 98Z and some other stuff to install. So hopefully by April or May I will have some new numbers up, I'm stuck here in Iraq until late March hump

When you guys dyno, what correction factor are you using? SAE or Standard? SAE tends to be a bit lower.

22hp is a good gain for headers..Is there anything left in the A/F?
