Default Engine Misfiring/No Power After LS6 Intake Install

I just got done installing my LS6 intake (and replacing my oil pressure sending unit ). I crank the car up and it made a slight noise for a few seconds and then stopped. We pretty much said that it could be because it hadn't been cranked and the lifters weren't very lubricated. That noise subsided fairly quickly and I let the engine run for about 5 minutes and checked over everything. Everything seemed great. I took it out for a drive and took it easy at first. I went for a 1st-3rd gear pull and it pulled amazing! I was happy with the power I felt over the LS1 intake...

And that's when everything went bad. My car seems like its misfiring terribly. I can hear a ticking noise outside of the car and it has NO power at all hardly. It also seems like its vibrating more than usual. Does anyone have any idea as to what could be wrong? I made damn sure that nothing fell into the intake ports. I'm sure that nothing fell into the heads. I deleted my EGR at the same time and installed the block-off plate. I'm just stumped right now. I need some help!

I didn't torque them all down correctly. Although I did go in the correct sequence. There was no way that I could get the torque wrench under the cowl to do the back bolts. I'll recheck to make sure none have backed out.

I also forgot to mention that my SES light was flashing while I drove it back home.

check the coils/wiring....something might have got messed up during the install...check all the connections...and definately check for vaccum leaks...

if you find no problems there then i would check out you plug wires and spark plugs...

I agree with checking the wiring and vacuum lines. Possibly make sure the MAP sensor didn't break.

Fixed. One of the harnesses on the injectors wasn't fastened all the way. Thanks for the input guys. I'm SO glad I didn't need to yank the intake back out.
