High idle after P&P throttle body swap

Well I busted out my angle grinder and a fine polishing pad and went to town on my stock blade. Came out real nice...now I'm just waiting for the Locktite to dry before I put it all back together and "hope" it works like it should.

Not to hijack thread, but I got a used ported tb off a guy, he said it was ported by thunder racing. When held up to a light, I can see light coming through at the bottom of the blade. Does that mean its been ported too much and is junk? Installed my cam at same time and not tuned yet but seems to idle ok around 800 rpms.

OK...got the TB blade installed with the stock sized hole in it...idles normally. Here's to hoping the locktite'd blade screws stay in place for eternity! I have this OCD worry about a loose screw chunking into my intake manifold. Heh...
