Default maybe going to tsp true duals... thoughts?

so ive been kicking around the idea of selling off my kooks ORY and magnaflow cat back and putting in its place a tsp true duals setup. My problem is I cant decide which of the three mufflers I want to get, dynomax bullets, moroso spiral flows, or the sweet thunder. The car is just long tubes, tune, lid, and a 150 shot. Will be seeing a heads/cam package in the future, but for now, im just tired of the reserved tone of my setup, and want something a bit beefier. ive looking at the ls1sounds.com and youtube, I want something that is fairly reserved at idle but really screams when you jump on it. What are your guys' thoughts and experiences? ive seen a few vids that have me leaning to the dynomax bullets

I recommend the Dynomax bullets. They give a deeper more hollow tone, which seems to be what a lot of guys prefer. I would say 60-70% of our true duals leave with the bullets on them. I ran the bullets on my car and loved it, pretty loud though.

I would go with the sweet thunders. They have a much more refined tone and are not just "loud" like the Dynomax bullets are. Don't get me wrong, the sweet thunders are loud, but in my opinion, have a much better sound.

I can't believe that after all these years we still don't have a soundclip of the same car (no variations in camera angle or modifications) with all three mufflers on them. People wouldn't need to ask this question anymore (myself included).

You can't go wrong with sweet thunders...

they are quiet at idle, but holy hell are they loud under throttle!

I wanted bullets but ended up with thunders on the duals I bought from a member on here, and I don't think I'd trade them for anything at the moment.

i have the bullets on my TDs.... TOO DAMN LOUD!!! I love the sound and get nothing but compliments, but annoying on trips and embarrassing tryin to creep thru neighborhood late at night. Anyone ever tried bullets then switch to thunders or vice versa?? wondering about the difference.....

^i agree, it's awesome if you wanna sound like dale jr. 100% of the time...but cops catch on real quick to that **** if you DD it. hence the almost 500 dollars worth of exhaust tickets i racked up with my TD's. but i also know a ton of ppl that have never been harassed over their TD's. so OP it's a little bit of a gamble in my eyes. i guarantee you will love the sound. except it can be too much sometimes.

BUT here are the vids of my dyno bullets. enjoy

Dear god. I've had my heart set on TSP's with Dynomax bullets for a long time but your WOT vid just made me want them so much more. Can't wait til I get them in. F*k emissions and state regulations, if I can hear that whenever I drive it'd be worth the fines. Thankfully I live in an area where the cops are concerned with things like armed robbery and not with things like illegal exhaust.

LPP headers and Sweet Thunder here.
Pre cam: louder than my manifolds Lm1 setup. Sounds refined and really screams under WOT.

Post cam: louder than before. Even more refined. My friend described it as "ferrarish" under WOT. (Take it for what that's worth lol) A very refined sound that really screams. I've never heard the other muffler options in person. A vid on the muffler site near the bottom (white ss with sweet thunder) is what convinced me. Ill take some idle vids and stuff today.

But any option will be loud coming into the neighborhood at night & idk about "ticket loud". My area has a deep history in muscle and cops don't care about loud cars.

Dynomax bullets are a lot louder than moroso spiral flows. I got moroso spiral flows at the end of my duals, it sounds good but its still loud at idle.

If you want loud go with bullets... if you want tone go with thunders...

thats about it.

^^ just a little 1st to 2nd WOT video... the sound quality is horrible BTW.

Pacesetter longtubes into a TSP X-pipe with sweet thunders.

^^ taking it easy.

the sound from my camera is a bit distorted so take these videos with a grain of salt... the real thing sounds a million times better.

Excellent! Thanks guys, that's exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the sweet thunders because I am kind of looking for that "refined" sound. I'll post up some before and after videos with my ory and magnaflow next weekend after I get them in

You better! I need some good quality sound clips of this set up. I'm pretty sure I'll go with bullets but sweet thunders would be a close second.
