"Matt, so can swap our stock throttle position sensor switch onto the FAST 90MM TB?"
Yes.
"Also, what is the F.A.S.T. LSX Intake Port Seal (set of 8)?"
Intake manifold gaskets. Again your stock gaskets will fit if you choose to reuse them.

damn. that is ridiculously stupid on that throttle body. people who have all out race cars i could understand compensating that much money but, regular heads, cam ls1 folks, i wouldn't understand. it may cost that much to produce etc but i just cant understand spending that much money on a freaking throttle body

You can buy a set of nice ported heads all decked out with big valves and springs for what this intake costs with their matched 90mm throttle body. Seems a little steep...... that intake/TB combo better make like 30-40HP at the wheels.

He swapped from an LS6 intake to the FAST...no other changes were made. Before & after runs were made back to back and the intake was changed w/ the car strapped down on the dyno. Unfortunately, I don't remember the exact numbers, but the end result was a gain of 7 rwhp. I'm really curious to see if the bottleneck on these bigger motors is with the 78mm intake...possibly the 90mm intake & tb combo might be the answer for these cars? We'll be testing more as soon as we get some of the 90mm tb's in. I will post Shane's graph first thing in the morning.
