how do you like your hooker cat back?

how do you like your hooker cat back? I was looking into getting a Hooker cat back and wanted to know what people who have them think about them. It seems like they sound like stock at at idle (thats what I need). And are way cheaper than corsa or borla. What kinda of HP gains did anybody get? And how are they holding up.

Do a search on this subject, and you'll probably 100+ people who are very pleased with their Hooker catback..
I have had 6 catbacks on my car, and the Hooker is the only one i'll ever run again. It's the best sounding, and possibly best flowing catback on the market @ a mere price of 300 bucks...

I had hooker cat-back when i first got the car and it is exactly what you want if you want it close to stock sounding at idle. It is a noticeable difference but its not that loud. When you floor it it sounds good and has a real nice tone to it. I loved mine but i wanted it real loud but it is a great system if you want pretty quiet
I couldn't tell you how much hp I gained. My car had a dronemaster catback on it when I bought it. I recently added headers, threw out the cats, and put in a hooker aerochamber muffler in place of the flowmaster.
At idle it is not loud at all, but sounds very good. It's not loud in the mid rpms but you get up around 4k and oh baby does she ever scream.

EASY RIDER: I haven't installed mine yet, but if you do the research, you'll find that you can't beat the Hooker for the sound/value although I'm not too crazy about the dual tips yet. It appears to be a high quality system, and I trust it will install without a hitch like every other Hooker product I've dealt with.

I love my hooker catback, first mod i did to the Z. Good price, good power, great sound. Well it was nice stock but once I added LT's and orp holy shizznit!! I think it sounds wicked when you get on it and I guess the po po's did also cause I got some nice pink slips!
