Default FAST 102 too big?

I am going to do a heads cam intake swap with either a thunder racing trak or raptr cam and ported ls6 heads. Should i just get the 102 mm or should i do some searching and find a fast 90 or 92?

Honestly, a 90/92 set up isn't going to be that much cheaper than a 102 set up in a lot of cases and they are harder to find now that they aren't in production anymore.

If the money isn't an option, just go with the 102, otherwise save up and stick with the ported ls6 for the time being.

you can get a used fast 92 intake for less, and you will need a different fuel rail for the fast 102 intake.

If you are patient, you can find a good deal on a ported 92. As already mentioned, the 102 and tb will run alittle more and then you have to buy a new fuel rail, so the total cost adds up quick.

the 102 is not too big. its just fine for a stock LS1 engine. it was designed to be used on stock LS1's all the way up to wild large cube solid roller engines. this is why the 78/90/92 was discontinued.
