Kooks released new exhaust for f-body

Looks promising. Nicely designed kit that sounds good. I think it's fairly priced for what you are getting. Go get some estimates from a good shop to replicate that. I am assuming it is stainless pipe?!?

Kooks has done it again! Utilizing the finest air craft quality 304 grade stainless steel, Kooks has released their 3” True Dual Exhaust System for the 1998-2002 Chevy Camaro and Pontiac Firebirds. A BMR Driveshaft Safety Loop Part#DSL001 and a BMR Panhard Rod Relocation Kit Part# PHR004 are required when installing this system.

I love it. I wonder what the mods are to the car that has it on there. I might get one in a few months cause i'm sure it would sound different with a cammed car and some break in time.

I think the video quality is lacking, but I like the smoothness of the sound, not just how loud it is.

So figure for a catted full exhaust it will be $2500 shipped, yikes, I would consider it if it was $1500. Doesn't two 3" pipes seem a little overkill though? One should be enough to support 600hp if they say the dual can support 1200hp.

That looks and sounds amazing....glad I held off on getting a Magnaflow....definitely worth saving up for IMO.
I would like to hear about the ground clearance however....also....for a stock cubed motor without an aftermarket cam is 3" true duals a bit too much?
