Okay I just sold the catback off my car and I am planning on building a custom all stainless mandrel bend true dual setup for my 98 t/a. I am dumping it either right before or right under the rear axle. I would prefer to mount the dumps symmetrical on both sides of axle but if not possible I would still live if I have to keep both pipes on the passenger side. It is a H/C/I 402ci stroker, 4k stalled auto with full bolt ons, moser 12bolt, and it has the BMR Trak Pak TQ arm with the welded on TQ arm crossmember. I have heard of some people making their own custom TD's with this TQ arm mount and I have also heard of people modifying the crossmember by cutting it and flipping the exhaust clearanced area and modifying it to run the exhaust under instead of over the crossmember. I still have not seen a single picture of EITHER of these ways of going about it and would greatly appreciate if someone could show me some pics soon! I am using a xpipe for this system no matter what, not H pipe. I am wanting to order all the things I need within the next week. So far I cannot decide on 2.5 inch or 3.0 inch pipe (clearance vs. performance) ? Stainless or Mild steel (pricey vs. cheap)? Over TQ arm crossmember or modify to go under crossmember? And finally what mufflers if I want a nice tone with no drone or cackling and will both fit (moroso spiral flows vs. ??? Any pics and advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

I have searched, and searched, and searched and like I stated above. Everybody says they have done it, why they did it, but No pictures, or they say they had a buddy that did it and it worked...but again no pictures and no way of contacting the person. I am not running an over the axle system. If you are going to post on this thread read the first post before you say something.

Alot of guys here have issues with these tq arm setups because the previous true dual setup was made for a stock tq arm. It is harder to route an exhaust with a tq arm mounted to the crossmember.
I have personally gone through all the pages and I can not remember any of those photos having the setup the o.p asked for. You guys need to read threads before you post.
