True dual pain in my butt
finally got my custom duals over the axle done. Now it rattles like hell at certain rpms. Its hitting the panhard and floor. Can I secure it to the panhard with exhaust wrap or something? I can't think of anything else to do.

Not really a good idea.
I would look into adding an exhaust hanger somewhere that will pull it away from the things its hitting, and possibly hammering a dent in the pipes for clearance. But it really depends on how bad its hitting whether the 'dent' clearancing will work.

Yeah the shop originally told me it would be two hundred then turned out to be three fifty and a crap job. Ill try a hangar, could I just wrap around the panhard so it would cushion the noise and wouldnt be hitting metal to metal?

You cant wrap exhaust which is stationary to a piece of suspension that moves like the panhard. That always ends in disaster. Both objects need to move or both objects need to be stationary. I suggest taking it back and asking them to "tweek" it some.

I think he is talking about rapping the exhaust or the panhard bar not wrapping the two of them together, I have seen it done before where you could wrap one or the other in header wrap at the contact area. But you paid to have the exhaust done so the exhaust shop should stand behind their work and clearance the pipe or put a hanger in..

True duals are a pain on these cars. That's just how it is. I had exhaust banging issues too and had to take it back to the shop. They eventually got it right (sort of). The ground clearance sucks though. I'm thinking about going to a catback instead, although I'm sure I will miss the sound of the TDs. I get compliments on it a lot.
