Default Winter Rebuild Thread

Anyone else putting their cars under the proverbial knife this winter?

What I plan on getting done this winter:
-96mm PP Typhoon intake with a matching TB. Whichever I find.
-LS6 valley cover (my intake ports are fukin filthy!.. )
-42# injectors
-Adj FPR
-NGK Tr6 plugs
-Coil Relo
-Nice set of valve covers
-Lid (?? maybe.. FIPK.. ??)
-100MM MAF (or 95 if I can find one cheap enough)

MAYBE some Kooks headers too... LS6 intake is off my car now (for sale) did that earlier in about 20 minutes.. NO I did NOT snap the OPSU. I don't know why/how people keep breaking that...

Uuugh.. I forgot what it was like to have a pile of parts hanging around. I think I just got bored with the car because I haven't modded it in a while.. I need my fix.

^ I'd do the PR's dude. They're not that expensive (unless you already have hardened ones.) I taco'd one of my stockers and they may bend more easily with heavier springs.

That's exactly how I bent mine.. I don't really like to admit it.. But I was going to try to get back into a gear to start moving and maybe get sideways at 35 but no.. I mis judged the speed and I think I put it in 2nd or something.. Went to pop the clutch up and WRAAP... I heard the R's peg and immediately floored the clutch again. That was before I did the H/C setup. It was entirely my fault. The trans is built, so that's not is. It was ticking from then till I did the H/C.

We were doing the H/C and I saw the bent one out of the corner of my eye when my buddy was pulling the PR's out...Woah woah! Took em all out of the container and rolled em... Picked out about 5 or 6 bent ones out of the 16 and one was BAD.
