Default F.A.S.T intake or keep the LS6?

I need some advice. I'm kind of bored with my car right now and thought about removing my LS6 intake and replacing it with a F.A.S.T? Not sure if the price is worth the change and wanted some input as to if it would be beneficial or a waste of money.

Thanks everyone.

It's worth it if you have a highly modified engine. If I am remembering correctly to see the real benifit of those manifolds they need a good port job. Guy used to do it was, I think Tony Momo was his name. And I think that was another G note for that.

I will have a Yank torque converter put in this spring but, otherwise I don't have a goal other than some suspension modifications.

I've thought about heads too. That might be something I look into more later. I was just thinking about the intake because I could do that myself.

I would keep the ls6 intake unless you can find a used fast intake.a new fast 102mm intake($850) will need a different fuel rail ($200)and a new bigger TB($370).tune $350?

Until you have heads on your car, the money could be used better else where. Like suspension. No point in having gobs of power if you can't plant it to the pavement!
