Got the tune dialed in. Still fighting false knock a tad. This was on a heartbreaking Dyno Dynamics. Just a FAST 102 that I ported, NW 102 ect... Stock cam, Rockers and heads.

Very nice results. Would you happen to be able to post a scan of the instructions for the manifold? I am looking to install my LS1/6 model and can only find the instructions for an LS3 and LS7 online.

Wow. So what is the red graph to the blue graph?

Red graph was the initial tune. Ended up finding a few issues. One being false knock which is still present. Timing at WOT is between 20-21. The way I had the pcv hooked up was limiting it. I had the passenger side VC capped off with a breather. I decided to add an AN fitting to the TB coupler and hook the pcv line back up and a catch can on the valley cover. Changed the fuel filter too. That made the AFR super lean down low. Added fuel back in and the blue lines are the gains with tweaks to the AFR. No timing was added because it kept getting pulled out. After looking at my intake again it seems to be touching the firewall. I'm going to change the knock sensors and shave down the back of the intake. Hopefully that's where the false knock is coming from.

try searching for instructions on the LS2 instead, same heads as the LS6, pretty straight forward, the torque sequence I would think would be the same across all flavors

A ton of people use these instructions for the install. No loctite mentioned. I did not add it either:

Yeah I didn't see anything in there or in the FAST instructions. I emailed fast and they finally got back to me saying to use some blue loctite. I also asked my tuner (who also runs an auto shop) and he recommended anti seize. So now I have 2 conflicting responses..

Use anti seize. These button head bolts are a terror to take out after some miles. If you have a valley lift plate like me, if you ever have to take the motor out, you'll discover that 18ft-lbs goes a long way withat stainless hex button bolts. Last time I had to remove them, I rounded 3 of the 10.
