I do not have anything against Texas-speed. I have bought parts from them in past. They have great products and outstanding customer service. And i'm 100% sure I will buy more parts from them in future (small bore LS7 heads) hint-hint. lol.
I just wanted to do a poll and see who's TSP y-pipe fit fine, and who had problems getting it to fit correctly. Please vote if you have this y-pipe.

the one i had was bad enough that i sent it back. it hit everything when it was close to fitting on the headers & even pointed downward toward the ground. i don't know what it fit, but it definitely wasn't a F-body. i installed a pacesetter Y a couple days later & it went right on & fit like a glove.

I said it fit fine. Because it did. It went on nice and tight. The only problem i had was my own fault lol didn't have the car high enough and couldn't get the I pipe right. But a trip to the shop with a lift and he got everything good. I just didn't have Any leverage. I can say no leaks and no issues with clearance or rasp. Great product

If I was you I would go with something bigger at least.

Someone with your mods I would think you put more thought into your exhaust. I have the math somewhere and it might even be on this board somewhere. If I remember correctly a 3" pipe will support up to 369hp without loss and if I remember 2 2.5" duals are good for 500hp give or take.

I'v had the magnaflow since my old engine. H/C/I LS1, it put down 445 to 485HP on 3 different dynos. Yeah the 485 has probably a high reading dyno. So i'll say 455RWHP. I didn't buy the magnaflow just for my LS3 build. If i had a camaro i'd just do duals and dump it before the axle, but having a T/A it makes it alittle harder, I don't really want to do false tips. Damn! now you got me thinking! lol. Maybe ill call MWC tomorrow and see if i can add the watts link to my build so i can run true 3" duals over the axle.
Theres no doubt that you will still make tons of power with the 3" and mag but damn your makin some power and I would definatly get a bigger pipe on there. If I remember correctly a 4" y pipe has more area flow than 2 2.5 duals. Hey, if you have the $ and its not an issue why not just do it with the 3" duals? And one last time...if I remember, 2 3" duals flow like 700hp. I should find that math just to confirm these #s but im at least really close.

Jet-hot headers and older TSP catted y-pipe. Everything fits wonderfully. There was some banging under the car where the driver-side cat was hitting the floorboard, but I wedged a piece of hi-temp hose and have not had a single problem since.

I have Pacesetters and TSP ORY. It was a pain to install, and I'm still not 100% happy with the fitment. But like others have said, it's probably because I was working on the floor of my garage with jackstands.
Not having enough room probably played a big deal with it. I'll still probably end up having a muffler shop get it perfect though.
I like the merge, and it sounds nice, but the fitment just wasn't the greatest. I think if it didn't come in so many pieces, I would have had an easier time with it.

I have pacesetters and installed TSP's new ORY last fall. It fit just fine, no issues anywhere. It needs more ground clearance but I knew what to expect there from experience and the fact that it's a 3" round pipe. I just wish they would make it with oval tubing under the driver's seat. This is the 4th Y pipe I have had on my car. From my experience, all of them will bang a little if you do not install poly motor mounts.
