Diagnosing squeaking sound *UPDATE*
We are going to pull the serpentine belt tomorrow and hand turn the pulleys. He doesn't have an AC belt so that all that we know to do. Is there some other way to diagnose this?
You can hear it real good in the video:

I am hoping its not a rod bearing going south since he just bought the car last week (not that it wouldn't be a great learning experience for him do the repair
).EDIT: I wanted to add we did an oil change yesterday as well. 5.5 quarts of 5W-20 Mobil 1.

The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
We have pulled the heads and found 4/16 lifters with the rollers scratched up quite a bit, but the rollers still roll fine and aren't out of shape. In other words, it looks to be just surface issues, but we are replacing all of them anyway.
Here is my question:
Without removing the cam we can see that one of the lobes resembles the roller on the bad lifter. Should we replace the cam as well?
We tried to pull the cam for a better inspection, but we are having a hard time locking the flywheel down (A4) to get the crank bolt loose. Any suggestions on this as well?
Thanks for all of your help!
Ben
