Default fast 90 vs 92 vs 102

isnt a 90/92 the same thing? how does an unported 90 compare to an unported 102? are both direct bolt on replacements minus the extra fuel rails for the 102? do you have to grind the water pump to make the 102 fit? will a properly ported 90 outflow an untouched 102? thanks

B/c the 102 picked up where the 92 left off. Over all better design. Mamo had a really good reason in a thread, I just need to find it... It's not THAT much of a difference. If you can find a 92 cheaper than a 102, I'd still get it.

Doesn't really answer YOUR question, but this is a great thread on the first page with the comparison, as well as posts #29 & #33 (pg2) from Tony Mamo himself.

Ultimately, the choice is yours.

Right, but the 92 is a direct bolt on and the 102 isn't. So I wonder why they didn't maintain production of the 92 and just have them at different price points.
