BOrla xr-1 vs Dynomax bullet
Hey guys, I want to know if anyone has swapped out a dynomax bullet that comes on a tsp catback for an xr1 with stock manifolds. If you've heard them, are they any louder than the bullets and is it worth it. If its not I will just reinstall my cutout even though there will be minimal gains. Thx in advance!

Not on a Camaro but on my GTO I went from Magaflow 616's(6" round) to Borla 40085 XR-1's, and Borla is crisper and louder. Magna flow 414's (4" round) are probably closer to the size of XR-1's but Borlas case is thinner and lighter than Magnaflows so apples to apples Borla will always be louder.
Woops I read wrong, you said dynomax bullets. I did install a dynomax bullet in the I-pipe of my Borla catback to cut down on the rasp. Is your TSP the true duals or a single 3" catback?

Borla sounds sharp and crisp, much better than a bullet. How long is the bullet in the rumbler? It looks like it might be 18" long, the XR1 is a 15" case. If your even thinkin about it, go with the XR1 you won't be sorry !

I have a dynomax bullet dumped before the axles on stock mani/cat and I think it sounds awesome. Not too loud in the car, but I can definitely always hear it. It was on my friends car before he parted it out and I got to hear it on his 408 fully built drag car, it will sound amazing when I get lts.

DWake I agree with u its very quiet in the car. That I do like. With new tires and a fresh brake job all u can hear is the tires on the road when I push the clutch in. Don't get me wrong the dynomax bullet sounds good at wot.
